Blog entry: Jumbo/Super Jumbo Loan Availability & Pricing?...

My name is John and I am a banker on Wall Street who lives in the Northern New Jersey area.  I currently have a home with a good size loan on it and I would like to refinance and take out a good portion of equity to invest in a few opportunities that were recently presented to me.  I am certain thatI do have a fair amount of equity in my home.  Current market conditions dictate that it appears increasingly difficult to find a lender who offers large loans to credit worthy individuals.  I do have excellent credit and can provide a fair amount of liquid assets.  I earn a good income and believe that I can meet the ratio requirements necessary for this type of loan.  Do you have access to A+ rates on this type of loan (Jumbo) that might work for me?  I am only interested in the best rates available.
