About Alicia

Ultra Mortgage’s CEO, Alicia Lorenz, has an extensive industry background with over 2 decades in the mortgage business.

Her product knowledge, expertise, and steadfast work ethic make her stand out amongst her peers and her direct involvement with each borrower’s file make the process from application through closing unparalleled.

Alicia has worked in every aspect of the industry including processing, underwriting, sales and branch management before taking her vast knowledge with her as a partner in Ultra Mortgage.

Alicia’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to; originations, client retention and relations, marketing/advertising, licensing and compliance, file review, processing, post- closing communication, realtor relations, and daily pipeline maintenance. Alicia treats each and every client as if they are her only concern. She puts her passion to work for you.

Alicia grew up and has lived in Medford, NJ with her husband and daughter for her entire life. They partake in many community activities/charities and enjoy easy access to the many lakes in the area.

She has family who live in Ocean City, NJ and surrounding areas year round and she enjoys quality time with all of them. She enjoys traveling to the New England area and the beaches of North Carolina.
